Bridge fluororesin coating

A revolutionary coating that exhibits strong wear resistance without compromising the non-stick, slippery, and chemical resistance properties of fluoropolymer coatings.

Crosslinking refers to the process of bonding molecules that were previously independent, akin to building a bridge between them. There are various methods for this, including radiation exposure, the addition of crosslinking agents, and chemical crosslinking. Epoxy resins, which harden when two liquids are mixed, also undergo this reaction. "Crosslinked fluoropolymer" utilizes this reaction, and due to its stable molecular structure, it exhibits remarkable wear resistance. By blending it, the wear resistance shows values approximately 3 to 5 times greater compared to conventional PFA resins. 【Features】 ■ Ultra wear resistance not found in previous fluoropolymers ■ Excellent properties similar to fluoropolymers ■ The unevenness of the coating reduces the contact area, enhancing non-stick and slip performance ■ Complies with food sanitation laws *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Precision machinery parts compatible! Fluororesin coating.

Non-blast, low-temperature treatment for coating! Introduction of a method that prevents deformation of the substrate.

When performing pre-treatment such as sandblasting or high-temperature firing on precision parts, there is a possibility that the substrate may deform. 【Issues】 ◆ The product may warp during the blasting process. Blasting involves applying abrasives to the product to remove surface debris and improve paint adhesion. However, depending on the shape of the product and the blasting area, warping may occur. ◆ The processing temperature for general fluorine coatings is 380°C, which may lead to substrate deformation. 【Improvements】 Our company uses a one-coat paint that allows for non-blasting and low-temperature treatment. It has excellent slip properties and wear resistance, and has a proven track record mainly in precision machinery parts and sliding applications. 【Overview of Work Process】 ■ Incoming Inspection ■ Ultrasonic Cleaning ■ Coating ■ Firing (120–190°C) ■ Inspection For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Method of applying fluororesin coating

A detailed introduction to the application method of fluororesin coating, along with illustrations!

We will introduce the method for applying fluororesin coating. First, check the structure of the can body and perform degreasing by empty firing at 400°C. Next, finish the surface with blasting to achieve a white metal finish, apply primer, dry, and then bake, followed by painting the top coat. Finally, bake again and measure the film thickness using an electromagnetic thickness gauge and an eddy current thickness gauge through sampling. 【Application Method (Part)】 1. Can Body - During drawing creation: Structure check - Upon completion of canning: Base material test (welded parts and corners) 2. Degreasing (empty firing at 400°C) 3. Blasting: Surface finish is white metal *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Conductive fluoropolymer coating "KPE Series"

This is a coating that imparts conductivity to fluororesin. It prevents charging and can proactively prevent issues caused by static electricity.

The standard fluoropolymer coating is "insulating," but the "Conductive Fluoropolymer Coating KPE Series," which adds "conductivity" to the fluoropolymer, not only improves non-stick properties and chemical resistance like conventional fluoropolymers but also includes explosion-proof specifications and anti-static functions. As a result, it is widely used in semiconductor applications and plants. Our lineup of conductive coatings, the "KPE Series," includes multiple types, allowing us to recommend the most suitable product for your specific application. <For those facing these issues> ■ Concerned about static electricity generated by friction, leading to fire hazards. ■ Need corrosion and heat resistance but dislike insulators. ■ Worried about dust adhesion due to static electricity. *For more details, please download the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Improved durability of fluororesin! Cross-linked fluororesin coating.

A high-performance coating that exhibits strong wear resistance without reducing the non-stick, slippery, and chemical resistance properties of fluoropolymer coatings.

This is a cross-linked fluoropolymer coating that retains the excellent properties of fluoropolymer, such as non-stickiness and low friction coefficient, while improving wear resistance. Due to its outstanding characteristics, it is used in heavily worn sliding parts. Cross-linking refers to a reaction that connects previously independent molecules as if building a bridge between them. The "cross-linked fluoropolymer" utilizes this reaction, resulting in a stable molecular structure that provides remarkable wear resistance. The wear resistance of cross-linked fluoropolymer shows values approximately 3 to 5 times higher compared to standard PFA resin. 【Features】 ■ Ultra wear resistance not found in conventional fluoropolymers ■ Excellent properties similar to fluoropolymers ■ The unevenness of the coating reduces the contact area, enhancing non-stick and sliding performance ■ Complies with food sanitation laws *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Coating with cross-linked fluororesin featuring uneven surface texture.

A new fluororesin coating with unevenness in the film, which has improved wear resistance.

This is a cross-linked fluororesin coating that has improved wear resistance. Due to its excellent properties, it is used in areas with severe wear and friction. Cross-linking is a reaction that bonds molecules together as if a bridge were built between them. "Cross-linked fluororesin" utilizes this reaction, resulting in a stable molecular structure that provides remarkable wear resistance. The wear resistance of cross-linked fluororesin shows values approximately 3 to 5 times higher compared to conventional PFA resin. 【Features】 ■ Super wear resistance not found in previous fluororesins ■ Excellent properties similar to fluororesins ■ The unevenness of the coating reduces the contact area, enhancing non-stick and sliding performance ■ Complies with food sanitation laws *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Thick film fluoropolymer coating resistant to chemicals.

Ideal for environments using pharmaceuticals! Fluororesin coating with a film thickness of approximately 300 to 1000 μm.

Thick film fluoropolymer coating is a coating without pinholes (small holes) with a film thickness of approximately 300 to 1000 μm. In the case of standard fluoropolymer coatings, pinholes are likely to occur, allowing chemicals to penetrate through these pinholes, making them unsuitable for corrosion resistance. With thick film fluoropolymer coatings, repeated painting and curing can achieve a pinhole-free finish, thereby suppressing penetration by chemicals. Due to its excellent chemical resistance, it is often used for corrosion resistance purposes. 【Features】 ■ PFA: Provides a coating with top-class performance among fluoropolymers. ■ FEP: Slightly inferior in heat resistance compared to PFA, but chemical resistance is almost equivalent to PFA. ■ ETFE: Usable for most chemicals as long as the operating temperature is below 100°C. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
